In our course “Professional and efficient meeting moderation” you will learn how to control discussion and decision-making processes in meetings with modern moderation methods and how to design them in a goal-oriented manner using simple visualization methods. In addition, you will (voluntarily) learn through video analysis how to further optimize your own appearance and behavior as a moderator. You will learn how to moderate a meeting professionally, how to design it effectively and how to lead it to the desired result.

Skilful moderation using proven techniques and methods can be a productive approach. In this seminar you will learn how to structure a meeting as a facilitator. How to use the ideas and knowledge of all participants and how to deal with different points of view in order to finally develop workable solutions in the group.

Our seminars are primarily workshops in which we work together on topics station by station. We think interactively, develop our seminars in a modular way and give participants an orientation for the joint work right at the beginning. From opening to closing, we create spaces for experience and learning and apply the best method for each action in order to better reflect on and optimise personal habits and behaviour.
