Resilience – the immune system of the soul

The workshop is about the question of whether there is a way to face everyday stresses with inner strength and serenity? Some people succeed in doing just that. They may be stressed at work, but they still radiate optimism and trust in their own abilities.  Resilience focuses on positive questions. Instead of „What makes me sick?“ it asks, for example, „What keeps me healthy?“.

A resilient attitude can be learned. With a brief overview and practical exercises, this workshop is a first step in this direction. „Resilience“ is the term we use to describe the ability not only to cope with crises in professional and private life, but also to emerge from them stronger. Resilient people do not rely on luck or chance, but take things into their own hands – we want to support you in this.

Our seminars are primarily workshops in which we work together on topics station by station. We think interactively, develop our seminars in a modular way and give participants an orientation for the joint work right at the beginning. From opening to closing, we create spaces for experience and learning and apply the best method for each action in order to better reflect on and optimise personal habits and behaviour. In the dialogue with a qualified coach, solution strategies are developed, experiences and experiences are questioned and made conscious.

Involvement and empowerment of the participants is what makes our seminars special.
