Stakeholder Management

In our seminar “Stakeholder Management” you will learn which persons, groups of persons or organisations are directly or indirectly affected by your project – in other words, you will find out which stakeholders you really have. In addition, you will learn how you should inform the stakeholders or involve them in the communication and whether and what influence they can have on the course of the project? In other words, you learn how to identify and analyze your stakeholders and develop the right communication strategy.

The goal of the seminar „Stakeholder Management“ is to help you better understand processes in stakeholder management and to enable you to identify stakeholders, systematically analyze their needs and to get them excited about your project. Methoden

Our seminars are primarily workshops in which we work together on topics station by station. We think interactively, develop our seminars in a modular way and give participants an orientation for the joint work right at the beginning. From opening to closing, we create spaces for experience and learning and apply the best method for each action in order to better reflect on and optimise personal habits and behaviour. In the dialogue with a qualified coach, solution strategies are developed, experiences and experiences are questioned and made conscious.

Involvement and empowerment of the participants is what makes our seminars special.
